There goes August like it didn’t happen. Time to start checking if that old fall and winter jacket can handle another season. August was a good month full of relaxation and fun, which included a trip to Atlanta where my family and I got to see the much raved about “eclipse”, just a pity it had to end.
On the finance side, not much changed in my portfolio. Dividends were steady again in August. I am well off the pace of my 2017 goal of $800 in dividends for the year, but I am not disheartened because it was due to circumstances beyond my control.
AUGUST DIVIDEND INCOME
DGS —— $10
DF: —— $10
LFE: —– $4.11
Total: — $24.11

If you follow my posts you will realize that all my Small Change Challenge (SCC) stocks are all missing, I sold them off because I needed some extra cash. No worries I am in the process of getting that started up again.
As for Jamaica, there was some issue getting Sagicor to transfer my holdings to JMMB, so I have decided I am going to hold off completely on Jamaican Market until I figure out what is really happening.
How was your August income?
